Heard the learned advocate for the Acquiring Body and the learned advocate for the respondents who are the original claimants. 2.

Both the sides unanimously submit that this Court has already decided several other appeals arising from the same award and order of the Reference Court in First Appeal No. 601/2015 and connected matters on 05.03.2019. Since the present appeal arises from the same group of matters is yet not registered for there being a delay, they request that the delay be condoned and the First Appeal may be disposed of in terms of the same judgment and order. 1/2

It appears that the present appeal does appear from the group of matters decided by this Court as mentioned herein above and in view of the joint request of the parties even this appeal can be disposed of in those terms.

The delay is condoned. The First Appeal is disposed of in terms of judgment and order dated 05.03.2019 in First Appeal No. 601/2015 and connected matters.
