Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The parties concur on that, amount of Rs.1,30,000/- agreed to be deposited pursuant to order dated 02-11-2017, is towards permanent alimony of respondent.

Learned counsel for applicant states that demand draft of the amount is ready and thus seeks extension of the period for depositing the same pursuant to order dated 02-11-2017. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent has no objection for deposit of the amount and extension of period.

As such, the period of depositing amount is extended by one week from today. The amount deposited may be withdrawn by the respondent.
