On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with further liberty to take appropriate remedy in case the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad takes any further decision to act upon the Exhibit `C' and `D' declaring the petitioner as surplus and sending him to any other school.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

In view of the disposal of the main Writ Petition itself, nothing survives for consideration in the Civil Application No. 2828/2015 and same stands disposed of.
