PER COURT :

1) The applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R.No.0187/2016 registered at Police Station, Ambejogai (Rural) District Beed, for the offence punishable under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

2) The quantity which was seized from the applicant is less than the prescribed commercial quantity.

3) The investigation in the matter is already over and the charge sheet is filed. There are no criminal antecedents. As such, in my opinion, the application needs to be allowed.

Cri.Appln.No.301/2017 4) The applicant be release on bail in C.R.No.0187/2016 registered at Police Station, Ambejogai (Rural) District Beed, for the offence punishable under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, upon furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

5) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

6) The Criminal Application stands allowed accordingly.
