Heard learned Counsel for applicants, learned A.G.P. for respondents No.1 and learned Counsel for respondent No.2.

It is contention of learned Counsel for applicants that, First Appeal No.3608 of 2018 is shown as disposed of in Lok Adalat dated 14th September, 2019. In fact it was not disposed of. Neither applicants nor respondents were present before the Lok Adalat.

This Court has called the report of Registrar (Judicial) in respect of status of the present First Appeal No. 3608 of 2018. The learned Registrar (Judicial) has informed this Court that, First Appeal No. 3608 of 2018 was not disposed of before the Lok Adalat and it was wrongly shown disposed of. Hence, I pass following order :-

ORDER

(a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' to 'D'.

(b) The Civil Application is disposed of.
