The learned A.G.P. submits that next date fixed before the committee is 22.01.2020. The petitioner shall remain present on the said date.

The internship completion certificate may not be withheld only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. However, degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner unless the petitioner submits that validity certificate. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding preferably within three months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
