According to learned counsel for the petitioner, due to the construction of the percolation tank in the adjacent land, the agricultural lands of the petitioners are adversely affected and though the representations are submitted, no decision has been taken on the same.

Considering the prayers made and contentions advanced across the bar, we dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to respondents nos.2 to 4, to consider the representation made by the petitioners dated 18.11.2020 and 23.11.2020, if not earlier decided,
