Learned AGP produces on record communication dated 18.3.2024 stating that in view of production of certain documents, he has cancelled the earlier order dated 16.12.2023 and he would be considering the matter in view of said letter, which is taken on record and marked as EXHIBIT A, In view of said communication, purpose of the petition is being served, it stands disposed of with directio to the respondents to consider the application filed by the petitioner afresh, under the appropriate enactment. The respondents should keep in mind the observations of the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of R.D. Jain and Company Vs. Capital First Limited and others, (2023)1 SCC 675. 2.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to submit the said decision

Respondent No.2 to decide the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within 3 weeks from today. 4.
