Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. No reply has been filed by the Non Applicants. The Applicant desires to add the Society mentioned in paragraph 2 of the Civil Application as proposed Respondents in the Writ Petition since Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have sold their society as well as the school to the proposed Respondents.

Despite issuing notices to the proposed Respondents, no appearance has been caused in this matter.

As such, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer

Addition of parties to be carried out on or before 06.07.2018, failing which, this order permitting addition shall stand recalled on 07.07.2018 and this Civil Application would then stand rejected.
