2] Petitioner being aggrieved by action of the respondents for non selection considering her claim from Handicapped Category has filed the instant petition. Upon perusal of the material placed on record, and in particular, copy of the application which was filled in by the petitioner, which is annexed to the affidavit in reply filed by respondents, it is abundantly clear that the petitioner did apply from the Handicapped Category, however, she did not possess certificate of disability. In that view of the matter, the respondents have rightly rejected the claim of the petitioner.

3] No case is made out for interference. Hence, the writ petition stands rejected.
