The validation proceeding is pending since year 2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is exploring chances of prosecuting the professional course for the academic year 2020-2021. For that purpose, the validation is necessary.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30.01.2020. The Committee shall endeavor to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably by end of May, 2020.
