It is submitted that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of petitioner is pending with the scrutiny committee, the same is not decided. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is placed on supernumerary post on the basis of the notice issued in the year 2020.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the validation proceeding before the Committee, the final hearing has already taken place and the matter is reserved for judgment. 4.

In light of that, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within one month, as it is contended that the final arguments have already been advanced and the matter is reserved for judgment. 5.

Depending upon the judgment delivered by the Committee, the parties may take further steps.
