The only grievance made in these petitions is for issuance of tribe certificate in its proper name. The tribe certificates are issued to the petitioners as '

Mannerwarlu'

. In fact the tribe recognized in the Presidential Order is '

Mannervarlu'

. The petitioners are already issued with the tribe certificates of Mannerwarlu, however, the spelling is wrongly written in the said certificate.

We have also heard learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4.

We pass following order.

The respondent No. 2 shall, after verifying that the tribe certificates are issued by the office, issue the tribe certificates to the petitioners as '

Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe expeditiously. The petitioners shall submit the original tribe certificates with incorrect spelling to the concerned office.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
