The learned AGP objects to the writ petition submitting that alternate remedy is available to challenge the impugned order. The learned AGP submits that a second revision is maintainable before the Hon'ble Minister of the State.

In view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, reported in Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. State of Maharashtra, [2015

(6) Mh.L.J.915], the petition is disposed of with liberty to approach the Hon'ble Minister to challenge the impugned order. 3.

In the event, the petitioner files revision before the Hon'ble Minister, the time spent in proceeding before this Court be excluded in computing the period of limitation.
