On 19th January, 2021, we passed the order directing the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs) within a period of two weeks.

Mr Golewar, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that the petitioner has not deposited the amount as directed by this Court. The matter was adjourned to 2nd February, 2021. On 2nd February, 2021, none appeared for the petitioner. Mr Golewar, the learned counsel made a statement that the petitioner has not deposited the amount as directed by this Court. We observed that if the petitioner has not deposited an amount as directed by this Court, the interim order stands vacated. The matter was adjourned to 9th March, 2021. Today also, none appears for the petitioner. 3.
