The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record in the appeal being the legal representatives of sole respondent Suresh Baburao Kulkarni, who admittedly died on 01.08.2020, by condoning the delay of 960 days.

Though there is delay of 960 days, but it was the responsibility of appellant Acquiring Body to bring on record the aforesaid legal representatives. In view of the same, the
