Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that after the order of seizure, the amount was not deposited and therefore the vehicle was put up for auction. The auction procedure has been completed. 3.

In view of that, nothing survives in the present petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said auction by filing appropriate proceedings before the appropriate authority. 5.

All points are kept open.
