The applicant, by this application, seeks permission to produce the copy of the judgment delivered by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sangamner dated 25/11/2013 in RTS Appeal No.205/2013 (Old RTS Appeal No.44/2013).

Learned Advocate for the non-applicants opposes the production of the documents.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the civil application, this civil application is allowed. The applicant, who is the original respondent in SA No.147/2004 shall place on record the copy of the abovesaid judgment, in the second appeal within 2 (two) weeks from today.
