Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

The Tribunal by its interim order dated 23/12/2022 has rejected the Exhibit 5 application filed the plaintiff for temporary injunction. The Tribunal has also directed the Wakf Board to take up the call in accordance with the law for the purpose of welfare of said institution for proper administration of the Wakfs Institution during the pendency of the proceeding, before the Tribunals.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Wakf Board submits that he would take steps within a period of three weeks. 4.

The Tribunal is directed to decide the pending suit before it as

CRA 20-2023 expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of 18 months from today.

The parties agree that they would co-operate with the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the pending suit 6.
