PER COURT :- Petitioner is objecting to the quality of the construction of a bus stand, which is being built by respondent No.4 contractor. Our attention is invited to the communication issued by the Executive Engineer dated 22.2.2013, directing the contractor to ratify certain deficiencies in the construction. It does appear that the Engineers from the MSRTC are supervising the construction being carried out by respondent No.4. The petitioner is neither an expert to comment about the quality of the construction, nor any report of expert has been placed on record to substantiate his contention that, the MSRTC is compromising on the quality of the

{2} PIL 6.14.odt construction and showing extraordinary favour to respondent No.4 The petition is devoid of any material particulars and vague prayers have been made for issuing directions to the MSRTC to stop on-going construction.

The PIL, as such, stands rejected.
