Upon hearing both sides and considering the challenge to the quantum of the compensation awarded by the learned Member of the Tribunal, presently, the present applicants who are widow and minor children of the deceased, are allowed to withdraw an amount of rupees ten lacs from the amount deposited in this Court with proportionate interest accrued over the said amount, upon furnishing an undertaking in this Court that in case any order adverse to their interest is passed by this Court, they would refund the said amount

ca875-15 within a period of four months from the date of such order.

The present application accordingly stands disposed of.
