It is submitted that the petitioner stood retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.10.2019. The order directing withholding the salary of the petitioner was stayed by this Court under order dated 28.01.2019. It is submitted that pursuant to the interim stay granted by this Court, the petitioner was paid the salary and the pensionary benefits are also sanctioned and paid. 2.

In light of that, the order remains academic. 3.

In light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim orders. No costs.
