The learned Advocate representing respondent No.4 has taken instructions and submits that these 26 petitioners can approach respondent No.4 in batches of 5 and the last batch of 6, on 5 different dates and respondent No.4 would assist the petitioners in filling up the necessary forms and for completion of the procedure for obtaining loans. Thereafter, their claims would be considered as per the prevailing scheme for granting them the loan amounts strictly as per the parameters set out in the scheme.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- [a] The petitioners, as per their serial numbers, would appear before respondent No.4 at 11.00 a.m. on 10.08.2022, 11.08.2022 and 12.08.2022, in batches of 5 petitioners each. The 4th batch of 5 petitioners would appear before respondent No.4 on 17.08.2022 at 11.00 a.m. and the last batch of 6 petitioners would appear on 18.08.2022 at 11.00 a.m.

[b] Thereafter the proposals would be considered by respondent No.4 in accordance with the scheme applicable and the loan would be extended to those petitioners depending upon their eligibility. We expect such loan amounts to be disbursed to those petitioners who are eligible, expeditiously.
