Mr. Dastagir, learned counsel for the non applicants submits that in view of the orders passed by this Court, the proceedings are decided by the Board and the present applicant has challenged the same before the Waklf Tribunal. The learned counsel for the review applicant accepts that the proceedings are filed before the Wakf Tribunal and further states that the points agitated in this review application are also agitated before the Wakf Tribunal.
