After hearing learned advocates, the conspectus goads to consider that it would be expedient if the appeal pending before additional commissioner, Aurangabad filed at the behest of present respondent No. 3 is proceeded with expeditiously and decided at an early date.

As such, respondent No. 1 may proceed with the pending proceedings in appeal at the behest of respondent No. 3 as early as possible and dispose of the same preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 3.
