ORDER :

Mr. Chaudhary, learned Counsel appearing for the frst respondent, on instructions, submits that respondent No.1 will look into the grievance raised by the petitioner in this petition and will take decision within four weeks from today.

The statement is accepted.

In the light of the statement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the frst respondent, we direct the frst respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition and take appropriate decision on its own merits and if necessary after hearing the petitioner, as

(2) WP-835.2019.odt expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from today. All the contentions raised on merits by the petitioner in this petition are left open to be adjudicated before the frst respondent. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and it is for the frst respondent to take appropriate decision within four weeks from today.

In case the proposed order goes adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner would be entitled to challenge the same.

With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
