The applicants are seeking withdrawal of only interest amount on the compensation, which has been deposited by the insurance company alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

3.The learned counsel for applicants submits that prayer clause-C has already become infructuous and the application be treated for withdrawal of only interest amount.

As per the report submitted by Section Officer dated 15/02/2025, the amount of interest of Rs.1,30,285/- is only laying with Registry. The appeal is already disposed of. As such, the aforesaid amount of interest i.e. Rs.1,30,285/- be paid to the applicants alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date. The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
