ORDER

1.

The learned counsel Mr. Mohit R. Deshmukh, along with the officer Mr. Irfan Shaikh are present today. The learned counsel for respondent No. 3 present.

Learned counsel tenders on record withdrawal pursis which is taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X". He prays for withdrawal of First Appeal in terms of withdrawal pursis. He further agrees for disbursement of the amount along with accrued interest thereon deposited in this Court to the respondents/claimants.

The amount deposited along with accrued interest shall be disbursed to the respondents/claimants.

The request for Court fees shall be considered in accordance with law and certificate to that effect be issued 5.

The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of withdrawal pursis.
