By the present application, applicants - legal heirs of deceased petitioner Balasaheb Kishan

(2) C.A. No. 02931 of 2017 Kunjale are seeking permission to add them as legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. There is a delay of 18 days caused in filing the present application which is sought to be condoned.

For the reasons set out in the application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". Amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks.
