This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 08.10.2025 passed by this court seeking correction of the typographical mistake occurred in mentioning number of civil suit. He would submit that it should have been Regular Civil Suit is 364 of 2014, decided by learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ashti, Dist. Beed. He would further submit that the number "143 of 2021", has been wrongly mentioned, which is of an application filed in the suit. In view of this, at line no.2 in paragraph no.1 of the said order, number of Civil Suit be corrected as "Regular Civil Suit No.364 of 2014 in the court of learned Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ashti, Dist.

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 1-CRA.40 Beed". Necessary correction be made out in the order and corrected order be uploaded.
