Considering the contentions raised in the application, applicants shall be permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount, out of the amount deposited by the acquiring body, on furnishing bank guarantee of nationalized bank. The bank guarantee shall be kept alive until disposal of the application. The balance 50% of the amount, out of the amount deposited, shall be permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent security for the like amount. 3.
