This application is for restoration of the appeal filed by the applicant which came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections pursuant to order dated 12.11.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. While filing the application there is delay of 55 days.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C). The first appeal stands restored to its original position
