Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the respondent/State.

It is case of the counter report. Both the parties were injured. Now they are discharged from the hospital. The alleged weapon used in the crime has also been recovered. Considering the nature of the dispute and cross-report, the Court is of the view that the further detention of the applicant would not be fruitful. Hence, the following order:- (i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Santaram Pandhari Javale be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with C.R.No.206 of 2022, registered at Police Station Killari, Taluka Ausa, District Latur, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
