The prayer Clause 'B' in the Civil Application No.1985 of 2024 reads as under :- "B) The applicants may kindly be permitted to issue notice to respondent no.1 through daily newspaper Namely "Nav Rashtra" in Vashi Navi Mumbai, District Thane in view of the facts and circumstances mentioned in this Civil application and in the interest of justice."
