The learned counsel submits that the applicant no.2 Hari Baliram Patil may be permitted to file an undertaking on his behalf and on behalf of the other applicants and to receive the cheque on behalf of all the other applicants. Other side has no objection for the same. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount on furnishing undertaking by applicant no.2, Hari Baliram Patil on his behalf and also on behalf of the other applicants and is also permitted to receive the cheque on behalf of the other applicant-claimants.
