1) The application is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing application for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial and also for setting aside the order by which registration is refused. Learned counsel for the applicant is heard.

2) In view of the contentions made in the application and the submission made and as the learned counsel takes blame to herself, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. In the result, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of the learned Registrar Judicial is

2 CA 1083 of 2016 hereby set aside. The matter is restored to its original number. Objections are to be removed prior to 23rd March 2016. If the objections are not removed the matter shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to Court.
