Heard Mr.Thombre, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Very limited grievance is raised in the petition. The petitioner claims to be agriculturist and is resident of village Thaptitanda, Tal. Paithan, Dist. Aurangabad. The representations are submitted to respondent No.2-District Supply Officer.

The petitioner, by way of these representations submitted that respondent No.4 though works as Assistant Teacher in an aided school, is operating fair price shop. It is then submitted that respondent No.4 made application to the District Supply Officer for transfer of fair price shop in favour of his brother.

Perusal of the material placed on record shows that the petitioner is approaching the District Supply Officer in the matter of transfer raising his objection. We are not inclined to cause any indulgence in that matter. Considering the only grievance that the representations made to the District Supply Officer and one of such last representation is dated 19.12.2018, for conducting thorough inquiry in the matter and the representation is pending for considerable long period, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 - the District Supply Officer, Aurangabad to decide the representation dated 19.12.2018 expeditiously, needless to state on merits of the representation and considering record available with the authority. 3.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
