Considering fact that, monetary claim/amount of increments is involved and still remained to be paid to deceased member of the association, we see no reason to disallow this application for bringing legal heirs of deceased member who was entitled to get pensionary benefits along with other members.

Therefore, taking over all view of the matter, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Civil application is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 3.

Applicant to take steps also to bring on record at appropriate place of the concerned department legal heirs of deceased member, so that name be added in record for future purpose at the earliest.
