Heard. This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount as per the award. The learned counsel for the respondent strongly objected the application. It is pointed out that earlier 40% amount is withdrawn by the claimants.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and arguments of both sides, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 35% amount of award alongwith accrued interest thereon on furnishing solvent surety / security.
