Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Learned advocates submit that a settlement has taken place and terms of compromise have been written down and got verified before Registrar of this court. Learned advocates further submit that the parties are present before the court. Respondent No. 5 is represented by respondent No.4, as General Power of Attorney holder. According to learned advocates, the terms are lawful and not opposed to any public policy. Parties, with their free will have consented and accepted the terms. The terms of settlement are not prejudicial to interest of any of the party nor

Learned advocates for the parties further state that the parties would get the terms of compromise registered. 4.

In view of aforesaid, the first appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. Decree be drawn accordingly.
