1] Mr.Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is referred to him through legal aid. 2] Learned AGP submits that the petitioner has remedy of appeal against the impugned order.

3] The Sub Divisional Officer has passed the order rejecting the application of the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate. Appeal lies to the Scrutiny Committee. 4] In the light of that, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to avail alternate remedy. In that event, all the contentions are kept open.

2835.22WP 5] The petitioner may plead before the Appellate Authority in respect of time spent in prosecuting the Writ Petition.

6] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
