1] The petitioners obtained caste certificates from the Sub Divisional Officer, Jalgaon. The proposals were submitted for validation. The Scrutiny Committee under orders dated 7th December, 2021 has disposed of the

2994.22WP+ proceedings on the ground that the said caste certificates are not obtained from the Competent Authority. 2] The petitioners shall file on-line applications with the Sub Divisional Officer, Erandol, District Jalgaon for issuance of the tribe certificates. The petitioners shall surrender original tribe certificates, if they are with them or else by getting attested copy of the tribe certificates submitted to the Committee. Upon receipt of the attested copy from the Committee, the same shall be produced before the Sub Divisional Officer, Erandol. The Sub Divisional Officer, Erandol shall verify the issuance of the said caste certificates by the office of Sub Divisional Officer, Jalgaon and upon verification, issue tribe certificates to the petitioners of 'Tokre Koli' Scheduled Tribe. The said exercise be done preferably within four weeks from the date of submission of the original and / or attested copy of the caste certificates issued by the Sub Divisional Officer, Jalgaon.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
