In this writ petition order dated 19/12/2019, passed by respondent No.1 Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Latur, and the order dated 08/01/2020 passed by respondent No.3 Minister has been challenged.

Learned advocate for petitioner submits that by the order under challenge passed by respondent No.1, petitioner was removed from the post of Director and President of respondent No.2 Beed District Central Cooperative Bank, Ltd. This order was challenged by the petitioner before Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation and Textile Department, Mantralaya, by filing appeal and along with the appeal petitioner had filed application seeking stay to the order passed by respondent No.1. However, the Minister vide order dated 08/01/2020 has refused to grant stay to the said order. Therefore, SVH

2 934-WP-938-20.odt petitioner has challenged the order of Minister refusing stay before this Court. This Court vide order dated 15/01/2020 has granted stay to the order of removal of petitioner as a Chairman of the District Central Cooperative Bank.

It is submitted by learned advocate for petitioner that purpose of the present petition has been served and term of petitioner is already over during the pendency of present petition. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in present petition. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.) SVH
