Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner is in desperate need of employment and he is ready to accept either class III or IV post, as the case may be.

The learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 invited our attention to paragraph 5 of the

938.15wp affidavit-in-reply and submitted that if this Court directs, the respondent No.2 will review / reconsider the claim of the petitioner.

In the light of the above, we direct the respondent No.2 to consider the prayer of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground on the post of class III or IV. Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
