Mr. Dhakane, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed representation with the respondents to pay him the pay scale of trained teacher for the period 1.8.2002 to 30.11.2005. The same is filed on 11.3.2016, but no decision is taken on it as yet.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case same is pending, respondent no.2 would take decision on its own merits.

In case the representation (Exh.'F') is pending with respondent no.2, respondent no.2 shall take decision on it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months.
