Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant was granted bail on the condition that he shall not enter Taluka Bhusawal, District Jalgaon, until conclusion of the trial.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the trial has been commenced before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal. However due to the condition of this Court, he could not attend the trial. Therefore, the trial Court has issued the warrant against the applicant. Since he has been restrained from entering Bhusawal Taluka, he could not attend the trial. Therefore, the condition no.(iv) of the order dated 19.07.2022 be modified and
945-appln-241-2023.odt (2) the applicant be allowed to attend the trial at Bhusawal and for that purpose only, he may be permitted to enter Bhusawal Taluka. 4.
In the facts of the case, it appears that the request of the applicant is reasonable. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) Application is allowed.
(ii) The condition no.(iv) of the order dated 19.07.2022 is modified in the following terms ;
"The applicant shall not enter Taluka Bhusawal, District Jalgaon, until the conclusion of the trial; however, he may attend the trial at Bhusawal District Court and for that purpose only, he may enter the Bhusawal town till conclusion of the trial."
