ORAL JUDGMENT :

This petition was not on board. A motion was moved by the learned counsel for the petitioners submitting that this petition can be disposed of, as the matter has been settled. Hence, taken on the production board.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent have placed on record the consent terms dated 13/07/2017, which have been signed by petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 with identification from the learned advocates and with their supporting affidavits. The said consent terms along with the verifications/affidavits of the parties (6 pages) are taken on record and marked as exhibit 'X' for identification. 3.
The petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 are present in the Court. 4.
It is informed that petitioner No. 2 has passed away on 16/09/2016, and his LR.s have not come on record. This petition, therefore, abates to the extent of the deceased-
petitioner No. 2. Shri Bedre, learned advocate submits that petitioner No. 4 has resigned on 15/05/2017 and has collected his legal dues and has left.

Considering the above, this petition which survives only to the extent of petitioner No. 1/Bapu Waman Bedase and petitioner No. 3/Maruti Dattatraya Kute, is disposed of as per the consent terms exhibit 'X'.

Rule is discharged.
