1] The present Writ Petition arises out of the interim order dated 01.11.2014 in MCA No.4/2011 and interim order dated 18.01.2011 passed by the 3rd Joint CJJD, Latur in Regular Civil Suit No.395/2010. There is no stay granted in this matter.

2] It appears from the official website that Regular Civil Suit No.395/2010 is disposed of as withdrawn, by order dated 01.09.2018. Considering the same, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition, as such, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
