Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

The application is for setting aside the order dated 19th August, 2022 and for restoration of the Writ Petition No. 3084/2022. It appears that the aforesaid Writ Petition was dismissed for want of removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within six weeks. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) & (C) subject to removal of all the office objections within a period of six weeks.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
