Heard rival submissions and also perused the mediation report. According to which, mediation is successful in terms of compromise pursis annexed.
The rival parties are present before the Court. 2.
This Court verified the contents of settlement deed as arrived between the applicant and respondents before mediator and they admitted the same. On going through the settlement deed, it appears that applicant and respondent No. 1 being the husband and wife are ready to take divorce from each other by making necessary amendments in the Marriage Petition No. A-616/2019 pending in the Family Court, Aurangabad by converting the same into petition for divorce by mutual consent.

Further, the respondent -husband has also ready to give amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- through D.D. of any Nationalized Bank to the applicant wife towards full and final settlement in respect of one time future maintenance. Further, the respondent -husband has also agreed for withdrawing the private complaint bearing RCC No.172/2022 filed by him against the applicant -wife and others. Thus, it appears that parties have settled the dispute according to the settlement deed, which is yet to be acted upon. Therefore, subject to the said settlement deed, the applications stand disposed of. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE .....
